Did you know, you can disconnect from a business and keep using your Profile for free throughout your career?

An independent Profile, how does that work?

Crewdentials works very differently to other HR software. We offer two distinct and independent products:

• Crewdentials Profile

• Crewdentials Workspace

A business may invite you to create a Crewdentials Profile. If you accept, your Profile will be connected to their Workspace, but can be disconnected at any time.

How do I disconnect from a Workspace?

At the end of your relationship with the business, you can simply Disconnect your Crewdentials Profile from their Workspace and continue to use your Profile for free! Keep on top of your certification and share with whom you choose.

The disconnected business will no longer be able to see any changes you make to your Profile. They will simply retain a copy of the data you submitted in accordance with their data retention policies.
