How do I edit a document?

Once a document has been saved into your Profile, it can't be edited. We've done this on purpose to ensure data consistency when documents have been shared.


If you notice something that needs to be changed, you should re-upload your Document and consider archiving the old one.

How does the Public Profile work?

The Public Profile is a really clever way of showing what qualifications and documents you have, but without having to share the actual document until absolutely necessary.


You can share it by QR Code (add it to your CV, or your business cards, or even an email footer!) or through the Share my Profile button.


The person viewing your Public Profile will be able to see your email address, the name of the qualification/document and any expiry dates. You can choose which documents are displayed on your Public Profile and manage requests to access the actual documents

Documents aren't in the right boxes!

You can move documents between document placeholder boxes by following these simple steps


  • Click into the applicable Connection

  • Click on the document placeholder that has the incorrect document in and you will get the options of View, Replace or Remove

  • Click Replace and you will open up your document library

  • Select the correct document!


If the document you need isn't already in the library, simply click +Add new document.


Remember - your Connection will get a copy of the document once you press Save and Submit or Accept
