Keep on top of your Documents, compliance and admin from your Crew Profile
Think of your Documents section as your own personal document library. Like a smart Google Drive designed for maritime compliance
Your Documents section is organised into 4 tabs:
My documents: all Documents in your Crew Profile. Add, view, share and manage
Shared with me: all Files shared by your Connections.
Shared by me: a log of what you've shared by email, and with who
Structured view: a quick tool to check your CoC compliance

My Documents
Flick between the document types: Passports, IDs&Visa, Certificates and Others
Recently uploaded, but not completed, documents appear at the top of your document list, followed by expired or expiring soonest.
View a Document by tapping on it.
Share, Add or Remove from Public Profile, Download or Archive by tapping on Actions.
Documents such as SEAs and Certificates added by Connections will automatically appear in your Documents section.
View an archived document by tapping + Show archived and selecting the Document. You can Download or Restore the Document from here.
Shared with me
In this tab you'll find all Documents shared with you by your Connections. Click a document to download and read.
Files in this section are not automatically saved to your Crew Profile, meaning that if your Connection removes them, they will disappear from your Crew Profile. If you want to keep them, you just need to tap on download 📄
These documents can be added, removed or updated at any time by your Connections.
Shared by me
In this tab you'll find a record of all documents you have shared by email through your Crew Profile.
Clicking on a record will show you what information you shared, and with who.
From the Actions button you can:
- Send the email again, or
- Duplicate the share and send to a new recipient
Structured view
If you've added a CoC we will organise the certificates you've uploaded to give you an overview of whether your required documents are in compliance
We are continually adding more CoC configurations - if yours isn't listed, please let us know
