How to Sign In
Signing in is quick, easy and secure and best of all, no passwords are required đŸ¥³
Sign up with your personal email address! Email addresses such as [email protected] can get transferred to another person who would then have control of your Profile.
What methods can I use?
Currently we support two sign in methods:
Continue with Google
Continue with email
We'll explain the difference between the two within this guide.

Continue with Google
By continuing with Google, you will be asked to choose a Google account to link with Crewdentials. Google will then determine the security steps needed to link your account. For example:
If you are logged in to your Google account on a trusted device in a familiar location, you may simply need to select your Google account and nothing more.
If you are linking your Google account from a new device, in a new location, Google will likely insist on a password and second-factor authentication (if enabled on your account).
What information is shared?
By continuing with Google to sign in, you will share your name, email address, language preference and profile picture with us, but not your Google password.
Federated sign in experiences like this enable quick, easy and secure access to multiple websites and apps without the need to remember numerous credentials.
How secure is it?
Access to your Crewdentials Profile (and all other apps linked to your Google account) will be as secure and robust as the standards you have set within your Google account.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Google account for the highest level of security.

Continue with email
By continuing with email to sign in, you will need access to your inbox to be able to sign in to your Profile.
You will receive an email which will contain a one time use sign in link and a passcode. Either click on the link received by email, or enter the passcode when requested.
Why no password?
Username and passwords offer minimal levels of security.
Weak or reusable passwords are easy to guess and can be cracked by bots, particularly if one of your passwords has been involved in a data breach (free online check here).
Complex passwords are hard to remember and are often written down in a place others may see.
Using Federated authentication or magic links via email offer enhanced levels of security and remain as secure as the standards you have set to access your inbox or federated account (e.g. Google).
