Your Profile Preview

A Profile Profile is a great way of showing what qualifications and documents (Passport, Visa) you hold in a way that respects your privacy.

The only information that will be visible is:

• your name and email address

• the name of your Document and when it was added to your Crew Profile

• when it is due to expire (years, months or days)

• for qualifications only, the issuer

You can share your Profile Preview via QR code - perfect for CVs or business cards - or by url from inside your Crew Profile.  Simply click "Profile Preview" in your Quick Links.

Some of our partners also enable you to host your Profile Preview within their platforms - which saves you having to upload your documents to multiple platforms.  

You can add/remove documents from your Profile Preview by navigating to the Document, clicking Actions and selecting the appropriate button
