Managing your Public Profile

A Public Profile is a great way of showing what qualifications and documents (Passport, Visa) you hold, but without sharing the underlying evidence.

The only information that will be shared is:

• your email address

• the name of your qualification and when it was added to your Crew Profile

• when it is due to expire (years, months or days)

You can share your Public Profile via QR code - perfect for CVs or business cards - or from inside your Crew Profile by clicking Share Profile.

You can add/remove documents from your Public Profile by navigating to the Document, clicking Actions and selecting the appropriate button

If you want to see what your Public Profile will look like, head to QR Code in your quick links or Share Profile in the top right corner and hit the Visit Profile button
